Court Representation – The Art of Litigation

Our firm has many years of experience representing private and commercial clients in various litigations in courts, tribunals or judicial tribunals.

The litigation profession is essentially different from providing regular legal advice, and requires special expertise and experience.

There are countries in which, by law, there is a clear division between lawyers who deal with providing legal advice and those who appear in courts, for example in England the regular lawyer who conducts his daily life with the client is called a solicitor. He is not allowed to represent in the high courts or the House of Lords, in contrast to a lawyer who represents in the high courts called a barrister, who actually receives clients from the solicitor, and does not conduct himself personally with clients.

This is because, in court, beyond regular legal knowledge, the way in which the trial is conducted is important, and the way to convince the judge/judge of the justice of the client’s arguments and the achievement of the long-awaited verdict.

In the legal hearing when facing other lawyers, and in front of a judge. In addition to legal knowledge, many other qualities are of great importance, such as the ability to present the facts, experience in conducting negotiations, knowledge and experience in combining psychological elements, and proper planning of the hearing. This is especially true during the stages of witness interrogations and the preparation of summaries, which require complex planning of moves and reaching the maximum result.

Moreover, a lawyer with experience in litigation will know how to better prepare legal documents or legal contracts, since already during the drafting of the legal document or agreement, he sees before his eyes how the court will treat it if and when the wording will stand the test of the court, and how it can be drafted in the best possible way.

Our firm has many years of experience, starting in 2002, in continuous and successful representation in all judicial instances, the Magistrate’s Courts, the District Courts, the Supreme Court and the High Court of Justice, and in contrast in the Rabbinical Courts or the Great Rabbinical Court – as well as in private courts and arbitrators.

Attorney Shmuel Grossman, since 2002, has been involved in hundreds of judgments and decisions, including precedential judgments – in a variety of personal, civil and administrative areas.

In addition, our firm has an almost unique field of representation of city rabbis in Israel, as our firm has represented dozens of city rabbis in Israel in various legal proceedings, and in strictly protecting their rights.
