Bialik Beit Shemesh
Pre-construction
Our office accompanies the urban renewal project on Bialik Street in Beit Shemesh. It is a pinui-binui (evacuation and reconstruction) project, planned to include 1,690 housing units plus commercial space and assisted living, and planned to be the innovative, central project of old Beit Shemesh.
Under the plan, the first stage will build new buildings on vacant plots next to the project. The existing residents will move into them together with new buyers, and only after the original residents have moved into their new apartments will the old neighborhood be demolished and replaced by a new, modern neighborhood with a wide range of buildings from 7 to 25 floors.
Our office helped the existing residents organize and enter into the agreement with the developers, handled the legal proceedings that were required in court, and accompanies the developers in their proceedings with the local authority and the various professional bodies.
Our office is prepared to accompany the project in its later stages of construction and marketing as well.
