Boutique Contractors
Construction completed
Our office represents various boutique contractors who build one or more buildings, mainly in central Israel: standard transactions, combination deals (the landowner is paid in apartments) and purchase groups.
Our office accompanies the contractors and developers from the first stage of the engagement and the land purchase, through the agreements with service providers and building contractors and the agreements with the individual buyers, to registering the apartments in the buyers’ names. These are various projects in Petah Tikva, Rehovot, Rosh HaAyin and other cities.
