Harduf Ramla

This is a high-quality mixed project of about 80 apartments built on Harduf Street in Ramla, in central Israel. The project was built by A.N. Nimtza Ltd.
Our office accompanied the project from its first stages: drafting the engagement agreements, the agreements with the buyers and registering the apartments in the buyers’ names.
Our office has represented the Nimtza group in other projects as well, both in solid (concrete) construction of cottage homes and in TAMA 38 (the national plan for reinforcing older buildings) and urban renewal projects.
